CLINICS

Baby Clinic

Wednesday12.30 to 2.00pm


No health visitor is present at the baby clinic.

Antenatal Clinic

Thursday 1.30 to 3.15pm

Phlebotomy

Monday12 noon
Friday 1.00pm

For phlebotomy clinics, please note that all patients are given the same time and the nurse will leave as soon as the last patient has been seen. If you arrive later than the start of the clinic you may not be seen.

SERVICES

The following services are available at Sherard Road Medical Centre:

General medical services, chronic disease monitoring, family planning, implant removal, IUCD services, asthma checks, diabetic checks, travel immunisations, child immunisations, child developmental checks, elderly health checks, well woman/well man checks, minor surgery, dressings etc, cervical smears, weight management, ear syringing, smoking cessation, antenatal care.

The following services are provided by Greenwich Teaching Primary Care Trust:

Incontinence clinic, stoma clinic.

THE SOURCE

The Source is a nurse-led clinic. It is based at 65 Sibthorpe Road, Lee SE12 9DN. Telephone 020 8860 9002.

The services offered include health checks, cervical smear tests, family planning, smoking cessation, weight management, wound care, ear syringing and childhood immunisations.

NON-NHS MEDICAL SERVICES

The doctors will complete medical forms and carry out medical examinations for insurance or other purposes. As this is not covered by the NHS a charge will be made. Patients should be aware that NHS work will take precedence over non-NHS work.
